What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect what you type into it: your first name, last name (optional), email address, the type of enquiry, and your message. If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence.
Like most websites, basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) is processed by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to handle orders, procurement and distribution discussions. That is it. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking, and we never sell your personal information.
Where it goes and who handles it
Contact-form submissions are screened for spam by Cloudflare (its Turnstile check, which processes your IP address and browser signals) and delivered straight to our business email inbox, hosted by Zoho. Cloudflare also hosts and delivers the website. These providers process your information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Australia.
If you buy through an authorised stockist (for example Platatac), your purchase is handled under that retailer's own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email orders@devcell.com.au and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
The rules we follow
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
